Who are you? We are a branch of the national Morris Minor Owners Club (MMOC) with around 70 members whose main aim is the driving and preservation of the Post War Morris Minor (1948 - 1971).

We originally began in 1982 as a branch of the MMOC. Some years ago moves were made to leave the national club and become independent, and we then continued as a succesful independent club for a number of years. In October 2014 a vote was held and we re-joined the national club. The club has since gone from strength to strength.

The club is run by a committee who are elected annually at the October AGM, and thier details can be found in each edition of the club newsletter.

Please leave a message if we're unable to answer you immediately. You can also come and say hello at any of the rallies and events we attend throughout the year.  

Where do you meet? We meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7.30pm, at the Green Man, Lewes Road (B2192), Ringmer, East Sussex, BN8 5NA. The pub can be found on the left as you head towards Halland, is well lit and has a large car park.

What do you do? The club has a pretty packed annual calendar of events! We have our post-Christmas dinner at the end of January, and throughout the year have regular speakers and social events at our monthly meetings. In the winter it's a chance to catch up with friends and obtain technical advice. In the summer we try to get out and about - in the past few years we have visited the Martello Tower museum at Seaford, had beach-based fish and chip outings and enjoyed a summer evening run out on a classic bus. We take part in Drive It Day in April and have a run out around the Sussex countryside. Our main club event is our Annual Rally in May, held in conjunction with the Staplefield Show; as of 2023 this now includes rocker cover racing.
